A: Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount within Singapore, Malaysia. However, for items shipped directly from South Korea, a standard shipping fee of $30 applies.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A: Yes, you can return items within 7 to 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Round-trip delivery (shipping) costs will be borne by the customer.
